1.0 Natural Stone & Aluminum Honeycomb Composite Details

Our natural stone & aluminum honeycomb composite panels combine the timeless beauty of premium natural stone with the advanced performance of lightweight aluminum honeycomb technology. We source high-quality marble, travertine, limestone and quartzite directly from quarries worldwide, then bond a thin stone layer (3–6mm) to an aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb core with high-strength structural adhesive.

This innovative construction delivers exceptional benefits: up to 60% weight reduction compared to solid stone, significantly improved flexural and compressive strength, and enhanced resistance to impact and damage during processing, transport and installation. The honeycomb core also provides excellent sound insulation, moisture-proofing, and thermal performance, contributing to energy efficiency in buildings.

With maximum panel sizes up to 2000×3000mm, these composite panels enable large-format applications that would otherwise be impossible with solid stone, including ceilings, elevator interiors, and yacht/aircraft fit-outs. All panels meet Class A fire resistance standards, with low smoke emission and superior weatherability for both interior and exterior use.

Ideal for luxury hotels, high-end residential projects, commercial buildings, and bespoke architectural designs, our stone honeycomb composites offer a durable, lightweight, and cost-effective solution without compromising the natural elegance of stone..

2.0 Inventory Details

At FANCIES Stone, our production base covers over 20,000 square meters. Equipped with multi-axis CNC machining centers, waterjet cutters, automatic polishing lines and other full sets of advanced stone processing equipment, we are capable of fulfilling large-scale orders efficiently with high precision.

Our luxury stone showroom displays more than 100 types of high-end stones, including travertine, marble, limestone, quartzite and rare exotic stones. Selected raw blocks and finished slabs of each variety are available for on-site selection.

We keep over 10,000 square meters of ready stock for our core products, including natural stones and aluminum honeycomb composite panels in mainstream sizes: 1000×1000mm, 1200×2400mm and 2000×3000mm. Sufficient inventory ensures stable delivery and quick response for your projects.

3.0 Packaging Information

We have years of experience in exporting stone and composite panels to markets worldwide, with a mature and professional packaging system tailored for international shipments.

Each slab is carefully wrapped in protective film, edge-protected with foam strips, and secured in fumigated wooden crates with steel strapping. We use shock-absorbing materials and custom supports to minimize vibration and impact during long sea and land transport.

Our strict packaging standards ensure that every order arrives safely and intact, even for large-format and fragile composite panels.

4.0 Shipping Details

With years of experience in international stone trade, we provide reliable and transparent shipping solutions tailored to your needs. We offer flexible terms including FOB, CIF, and DAP, with direct shipments from major Chinese ports to destinations worldwide. We work with trusted freight forwarders to ensure stable schedules and smooth customs clearance. For standard orders, lead times are typically 7–15 days after confirmation, depending on your destination and order size. Every shipment is carefully loaded and secured in containers, with full tracking provided so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

5.0Payment Terms
Payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy; L/C accepted. All payments in USD.
